Shoot/no-shoot targets train the decision, not the shot. Every target in the GunZee decision-training library presents a scene where the shooter has to read hands, weapons, body position, and intent — and resolve whether to fire or hold — inside the same second they would on the street. 80+ paper targets at 24×36, $1.95 each, built for law enforcement instructor courses, force-on-force preparation, and serious civilian training programs that go beyond bullseye fundamentals.
The shoot/no-shoot training problem. Mechanical accuracy on a B-27 silhouette tells you the shooter can hit center mass. It tells you nothing about whether they will make the right call when the figure in front of them is holding a cell phone, a remote, a badge, or a weapon. Threat identification under stress is the trained skill that separates good outcomes from career-ending ones — and it cannot be trained on a target that gives the answer away. The GunZee decision library is built so the cue you need is on the target itself: hand position, object held, posture, the angle of the body, the presence of a non-combatant in the frame. Every target forces a decision before it allows a hit.
What the library covers. Ambiguous-object scenarios (cell phone vs handgun, remote vs revolver, wallet draw vs concealed-carry draw). Multi-figure compositions (one threat, one innocent — has to be resolved by position, not by silhouette). Hostage and rear-control scenes (innocent presence forces precision and accountability). Public-environment threats (mall, parking garage, café, residential) where the bystander field is real. Plainclothes-officer scenarios that train discrimination on uniform-vs-civilian cues. Anatomical references so debriefs can talk about actual wound channels and shot placement, not abstract scoring rings.
